"Hi, my name is Stephanie. I used to be
a newspaper carrier and my husband Ryan, was a carpenter in his
dad's construction company. He was working 60 to 80 hours a week
doing physical labor. I thought I did the smart thing by working
my way through four years of college and getting a degree. Then
I found out it was virtually impossible to get a job in my field.
I had to do something, so I took a job as a newspaper carrier because
we had bills to pay.
I had to get up at 2 a.m., every single morning,
and work 7 days a week. Rain, snow, hot, cold, or anything else-
at 2 a.m. I had to get up and do my job. I was alone, at night,
and I wasn't delivering in the safest of neighborhoods. No days
off, no calling in sick, and no excuses. Deliver the papers or no
money. This was not the lifestyle that we had imagined for ourselves.
On top of that, we were still young and wanted to start a family.
It was so important to us to be able to raise our own children,
instead of having them raised by strangers in some daycare center.
We knew we had to do something but we had no idea what to do.
Then one day we saw an ad for working from home.
Ryan called the 800 number and left our name and address to receive
a free booklet. After reading the booklet Ryan was so excited that
he brought the booklet to me and said, "you've got to read
this!" There were so many regular ordinary people, just like
us, who were really making it happen. Ryan said, " if they
can do it then so can we!" I was so skeptical at first that
I almost quit, but my personal business coach, Marilyn, was so willing
to help me no matter what I needed, that I decided to keep going.
Ryan and I started working very part-time. We
just followed along with our business coach and by the end of our
first month we had earned a profit of $500. We knew that this business
would take us where we wanted to go. By the end of our 5th month
in the business we were earning $5,000 a month! The paper route
was gone but I didn't get fired, I had the pleasure of firing my
boss. After only one short year Ryan walked away from his construction
job and joined me full-time in the business. Only 22 months into
the business, we were earning over $20,000 per month and we could
not possibly have been any happier.
When we got this little booklet in the mail Ryan
was only 22 years old and I was 24. Three months ago our son Camron
was born. Both Ryan and I are now very proud stay-at-home parents.
Being able to be there when Camron gave us his very first smile
was so incredible I can't put it into words. In only a few short
months, Camron will be taking his first steps, and we'll both be
here too! In two weeks we're moving into a brand new custom home.
We are totally free, we enjoy life & we travel whenever we want
to. Each day is an exciting venture full of new possibilities and
dreams that have come true. We can only tell you this - If we can
do it, then anybody can!
